EMEA Regional Sales Manager – Agency Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, digital marketing/advertising expertise, experience of working with agency partners or outsourcing partners, and experience in operations.
  • The role of the Strategic Sales Program Manager will be to develop, execute and manage sales programs for Agencies, focusing on driving revenue and product adoption. We are searching for someone with an appetite for identifying opportunities to scale sales initiatives and drive ROI.
  • Success in this position requires strong sales experience, a focus on processes and operations and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English
  • Minimum 8 years of diverse experience in digital marketing, advertising agencies, scalable operations or sales environment
  • Collaboration, communication and influencing skills across functions and regions
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with the drive for making an impact
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing external (Agencies and/or 3rd party vendor partners) relationships to drive results
  • Experience on-boarding advertisers, driving revenue and increasing product adoption
  • Ability to develop, execute and manage sales programs
