## Interview Process

We want to respect candidates’ time so have designed our interview process to be as quick and painless as possible. We have a two stage process:

1. **Introductory Chat with our Co-CEOs (30 minutes)**

This is an informal conversation for you to meet our two founders and CO-CEOs and so that you can learn more about InChorus and they can learn a bit more about you.

1. **Technical Interview with our VP of Engineering (75 minutes)**

The first part of this will be a discussion of a system design problem which we will send to you ahead of time and ask you to spend up to 1 hour preparing for. There will then be a discussion of your past projects and time for any questions you have.

That’s it! There will be no live-coding at any stage during the interview process.
