Meta’s Small & Medium Business Group (SBG) is looking for a Regional Sales Manager. The Small & Medium Business Group (SBG) team contributes directly to our mission to connect every small business in the world with their customers across our family of apps, and help them grow through solutions like Facebook Pages, Instagram and Advertising. We level the playing field for small businesses and we succeed when we help our clients to move from offline to online, find new customers and grow their businesses. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, digital marketing/advertising expertise, experience of working with fast paced innovation programs. You will enjoy helping small businesses to succeed and with a desire to push existing boundaries to build new innovative sales solutions for our advertisers. You will be knowledgeable and enjoy understanding customer needs and uncovering the behaviors and motivations that drive the choices our advertisers make. With problem solving skills, you will be able to contribute unique ideas and work collaboratively with our cross functional partners, to design, build and test innovative sales solutions for our small business advertisers. You will lead cross functional partners in brainstorming and innovation exercises, working as a team to identify unique opportunities to grow our business. Success in this position requires excellent project management, innovation and strategy skills, experience working with outsourced vendors and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast changing environment. This position is a full time role located in either our EMEA HQ in Dublin, or our London office. At Meta, we are focused on building a diverse and inclusive workplace. Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Identify strategic opportunities to influence program strategy and design
  • Design, launch and project manage regional sales initiatives and pilots
  • Make data-informed decisions to drive performance, resource allocation and manage competing priorities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to build and deliver the best in class solutions for small businesses
  • Be customer, product and vendor champion with new product, program and market launches
  • Identify opportunities to improve ad products and the customer experience and influence action
  • Work effectively in a collaborative environment

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong collaboration, communication and influencing skills across functions and regions
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with the drive to make an impact
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set
  • 6 or more years of related experience in digital marketing, enterprise sales, partner management, management consulting, corporate strategy, and/or sales operations
  • Demonstrated experience in market/industry analysis, innovation and program management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of the advertising industry with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
  • Ability to develop, execute and manage sales programs
  • Experience in managing external (3rd party vendor partners and/or Agencies) relationships to drive results
