We are looking for a seasoned Product Marketer to help our growing team support this mission.This person will be responsible for influencing VR for Work experiences product strategy and development, and leading go-to-market strategy as part of the Product Marketing Team. To be successful, the candidate will bring a combination of strategic vision, communication skills, collaborative mindset, and SW product launch experience having worked in highly cross-functional, dynamic environments built to move fast, ruthlessly prioritize, and pivot quickly as needed to incubate future technologies.

Product Marketing Manager, Meta for Work Responsibilities:

  • Influence product strategy and roadmap by partnering closely with Product, informed by customer insights
  • Define success metrics for products and core technology solutions, ensuring product market fit and long-term lifecycle management
  • Lead and define product positioning, audience definition and sizing, research, pricing, and naming for a portfolio of products and technologies
  • Provide thought leadership to help guide executives on decisions and tradeoffs related to product strategy
  • Lead the definition and development of the go-to-market strategy for product launches, working cross functionally across the organization that is grounded in the customer journey framework, user insights, and market dynamics
  • Act as the point of contact for communicating GTM updates and reviews with cross functional leadership
  • Support growth initiatives for live software products and services, working with cross functional partners including Marcom, Partnerships, and Comms to meet acquisition and engagement goals
  • Analyze product performance, synthesize customer feedback and advocate for improvements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience with inbound or outbound product marketing for enterprise tech hardware and/or software
  • Combination of strategic product marketing experiences and hands-on tactical execution
  • Experience with customer research and proficiency in using data and insights to inform product and GTM strategy
  • Experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, changing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Product Marketing experience in B2B environments, marketing communications, and/or product management
  • Domain knowledge in VR, AR, AI/ML and/or hardware/software platforms
  • Experience with both early stage products and established products
  • Experience with end-to-end product lifecycle management
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, business, product development, or related field
  • MBA degree
