The Global Business Marketing team is the engine that grows Meta’s business at scale in our main EMEA markets. We are passionate about helping brands, businesses and agencies understand the ways in which Meta can help them achieve their objectives and are constantly looking for new ways to inspire and educate the industry in fun, informative and personal ways. We are looking for an experienced marketer to work on our B2B marketing efforts in the UK, covering Meta’s full Family of Apps and Services for Business.Reporting to the Head of Business Marketing for Northern Europe, the UK Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading B2B marketing priorities, defining the business marketing strategy for the UK, measuring and reporting on impact and driving a range of cross-channel marketing targeted at large advertisers, agencies, key industry organisations and influencers. Some examples include executing integrated business marketing campaigns, forging strategic industry partnerships, inspiring the industry by showcasing best in class work, hosting in-person events and producing and localising content.While this position is focussed on the UK market, it may also involve scaling initiatives across EMEA.This role will require an extensive amount of relationship-building — from forging strategic relationships and networks with external partners and vendors to developing deep partnerships with key internal cross-functional partners and stakeholders worldwide. The individual who steps into this role must possess exceptional communication skills and a marketing mindset that is strategic, creative and rooted in operational rigour.The UK Marketing Manager must be someone who has experience developing strategic marketing plans and executing cross channel integrated marketing campaigns. It is essential that they thrive in an extremely fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.This position is full-time.

Marketing Manager – UK Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute the overall business marketing strategy in the UK
  • Lead the creation of world-class B2B marketing campaigns for all Meta’s marketing products (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Whatsapp, etc.) across our agency and brand advertiser customer base in the UK
  • Ensure Meta’s representation at key industry events and conferences and close collaboration with key industry trade organisations
  • Create and execute Meta’s owned events in close partnership with agencies and/or our events team
  • Develop marketing materials and programs designed to enhance our advertisers’, agency partners’ and the industry’s understanding of Meta-advertising and -marketing
  • Work closely with cross-functional to ensure cohesion and scalability for advertising messaging, campaigns and product launches
  • Define clear KPIs and develop scalable ways to use data and metrics to drive decision making and impact
  • Implement measurement and reporting systems to support the above
  • Maintain accurate budget forecasting and management processes

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8 min. years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated capacity for developing industry-leading marketing strategies in a tech and/or advertising environment
  • Knowledge of the advertising/marketing industries across the UK
  • Established network across the UK advertising, media and/or tech industry
  • Experience working with senior marketers at both agencies and global brands and expertise supporting and enabling a sales organisation
  • Strong decision-making skills with successful experience influencing cross-functional teams
  • Creative flair to bring fresh ideas to positioning and marketing campaigns
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced, matrix environment operating with uncertainty
