The Client Solutions Manager for Meta Global Marketing Solutions team partners with our most strategic clients to make sure they are successful with Meta. This is an outstanding opportunity to be at the center of some of Meta’s most important commercial relationships in the UK/Ireland market.The Client Solutions Manager is a strategic solution-driver who puts customers at the core of everything they do. This role is responsible for building strategic partnerships, driving growth, advertiser education, and satisfaction in innovative ways, and leveraging data-driven insights for our customers. You should have a deep passion for Facebook and the overall marketing ecosystem.Success in this position requires strong consultative sales and analytical skills, being comfortable working with data sets to identify performance patterns and translate into solutions, working with internal cross-functional partners, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.
Client Solutions Manager, Technology Responsibilities:
- Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners
- Responsible for educating clients on products, new solutions and best practices to drive adoption and grow existing business partnership
- Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Facebook solutions against client’s marketing objectives
- Conduct deep data analyses to guide client strategy, which may include setting up dashboards to detect performance patterns and translate them into actionable insights
- Build and manage relationships with key clients, agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc.)
- Advise on media, measurement, and creative strategy to deliver against client goals
- Collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and ability to co-manage complex workstreams
- Management of internal account operations (revenue delivery, media recommendations, troubleshooting issues, optimization opportunities)
- Be an active contributor of the regional sales team to contribute to overall team goals and development
- Ability to travel as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Intellectual curiosity and hunger to learn in an ambiguous environment
- Consistently demonstrate a high level of integrity and ownership
- Experience and passion for working with Excel, analyzing large datasets and delivering actionable insights
- Ability to act as a consultant for partners, establishing meaningful relationships and driving clients to action
- Experience problem-solving and working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively in a team
- Effective and creative problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in managing complex projects and workstreams with minimal direction with a high attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of attribution modelling/measurement
- Understanding of ad tech ecosystem
- Experience as a Meta user and knowledge of Facebook’s ad products
- Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships)
