Meta is seeking a proactive and hands-on hardware focused Channel Operations Analyst to support our Distribution Partners responsible for reselling to B2B Partners (Retail, Enterprise, Carriers). The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support an exciting array of consumer electronics products focused on VR and social presence. This position reports to the Head of Channel Inventory Operations with a dotted line to the Regional Lead.

Channel Inventory Operations Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate purchase order entry into the system and resolve any order delays
  • Communicate order status, ETAs and tracking information to Partners and internal teams
  • Develop allocation and CPFR sell in plans weekly reacting to trends
  • Monitor Distribution Partners, Retailers and internal DC inventory health.
  • Sense and respond to sell-in , sell-out, and sell through to ensure optimal supply availability throughout the channel
  • Accountability for oversight of RMA processing by RMA coordinator and confirm validity of returned goods with 3rd party fulfillment partner
  • Work with 3rd party fulfillment provider to assist in resolving operational process or transactional issues as required
  • Partner with Finance on order approvals, customer deductions, stock rotations, returns, and delivery confirmations
  • Provide project support and assistance
  • Assist with onboarding and administrative details to meet targets and ensure all systems are updated with accurate information for transacting business
  • This position may require up to 5-10% travel

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience with Distributors, Retailers or working with consumer goods / products

  • Strong analytical skills required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to present your message to a wide range of audiences
  • Effective organizational and time-management skills to fulfill daily, weekly, monthly deliverables
  • Experience with data entry / or order management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Able to adapt to new internal tools and processes quickly
  • Genuine care and concern for meeting others’ needs and delivering against objectives and timelines
  • Enterprise or Telco/carrier experience highly desired
