The word Qaixen is our alternative spelling of Kaizen (pronounced /kʌɪˈzɛn/). Kaizen is a Japanese business philosophy of continuous improvement of working practices, personal efficiency, etc. We aim to improve not just our own businesses but others too. Hence our slogan is built on the origins of our name – Improve, repeat.
